What paid plans include

  • Checks from the US and the EU

    Every Pro check runs from the US and the EU at the same time. A monitor is down only when no region can reach it, so one network blip never pages you.

  • AI endpoint monitoring

    Real requests to your OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic endpoint, tracking availability and time to first token. Your key is encrypted at rest.

  • Alerts where you work

    Email, Slack, Discord and signed webhooks on Pro; PagerDuty from Scale, with incidents that resolve themselves when the endpoint recovers.

  • MCP API for agents

    Your API key unlocks the hosted MCP server for status, history, fastest-provider recommendations and network probes, with a monthly allowance per plan.

  • 90 days of history

    Daily uptime and average response time for every monitor, plus every check from the last 24 hours.

  • Cancel anytime

    Manage or cancel your subscription yourself. Monitoring stops at the end of the period you paid for.

Questions

What happens after the Pro trial?

Your card is charged $49 when the 7-day trial ends, then every month. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

How do Scale and Enterprise start?

Send the short form and we reply within one business day to set up your regions, endpoints and alert routing, then start your trial.

What counts as an MCP request?

Each tool call counts once. Handshakes and tool listings are free. Community access allows 20 tool calls per hour per IP address; Pro, Scale and Enterprise keys have a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st (UTC).

What does an AI check cost me?

Each check sends a one-token request to your endpoint from every region. At 60-second intervals that is a few thousand tiny requests a day per monitor, usually a few cents a month.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Contact support@pingtest.si if something went wrong.
