What happens after the trial?
Your card is charged $19 when the 7-day trial ends, then every month. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Where do checks run from?
From our test node in Chicago (US). A monitor is marked down only after two consecutive failures, which filters out single dropped packets.
What does an AI check cost me?
Each check sends a one-token request to your endpoint, about 1,440 tiny requests per day per monitor. On most providers that is a few cents a month.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Contact support@pingtest.si if something went wrong.
