What the numbers mean
Median latency is the typical idle round trip to the node. Bufferbloat (+Δ) is how much that median rises while the line downloads and uploads. Jitter is packet-to-packet steadiness.
Comparability
Providers are compared only within the same test node and window. Results also reflect the plans, equipment and Wi-Fi of the people who contributed, so the index is an indication, not an official measurement.
Contribute
On the ping test, tick "Contribute this result" and run the test, ideally under load and over a cable. Every contribution sharpens the numbers for your provider.
